The search landscape in China is undergoing a massive paradigm shift. Users are increasingly bypassing traditional search engines, turning instead to Large Language Models (LLMs) like ByteDance's Doubao, Deepseek, Tencent Yuanbao, and Alibaba's Qwen for answers. EduFuture International realized that while their traditional SEO was strong, they were completely invisible when students asked AI chatbots for "the best study abroad agencies."

To solve this, our agency pioneered a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) campaign. AI models draw their answers from high-authority data sources, recent news, and structured web content. We initiated a massive content seeding campaign across platforms known to be heavy training data sources for Chinese LLMs—such as Zhihu (Q&A), Baidu Baike, and authoritative educational news sites. We structured the content using natural, conversational language that aligns with how users prompt AI.
