We deployed a crisis-management and brand-rebuilding PR campaign across China's top news aggregators. Instead of defensive statements, we published proactive, detailed press releases about their new, state-of-the-art local manufacturing facility and rigorous quality control standards.We utilized Baidu News to ensure these positive, factual updates ranked at the top of search results. On Toutiao, we pushed localized news updates to consumers in regions most affected by the rumors, while Sina and Netease hosted detailed reports certified by third-party food safety inspectors.
